I have my own restaurant in front of my house. Different menu is served everyday, that is why people are always coming back.

I cannot accommodate them during lunch time because the area is small only and the entire table is occupied. So, instead of waiting for a vacant table they order for takeout food, I use plastic bag for takeout food before, but some customer are working in the establishment nearby and sometimes they have no plate to use. To give them a comfortable takeout order, I decided to use aluminum paper plate for their order and to keep it hot for a long time; I use aluminum foil to cover it. My entire customers are happy because I care for their needs. They bring their friends in my restaurant promoting the foods and service we give. Those customers are part of my business and they are important to me. That is why I am listening on what they are saying.

Because of aluminum plate and aluminum foil, double of my regular customer everyday are coming to order take out food. Now I am planning to expand the restaurant and add more choices of menu.
